Naruto Manga Chapter 552: The Prerequisite To Be Hokage…!!

Naruto, Itachi and Killer Bee successfully defeated Nagato and sealed him inside Susano’o. Itachi’s prowess in seeing blind spots on enemy’s jutsu made it possible, that made it hard for Kabuto to control Nagato. Nagato is a rinnegan user who relies on his sight’s power but he lacked mobility, therefore he failed to dodge Itachi’s attacks.

It seems that Naruto is becoming obsessed with his power, and trying to handle everything by his own. In this chapter, Itachi reminds Naruto about how he become stronger, the reason why he strived to become what he is now. I like what Itachi said to Naruto, here are some of the inspiring words he said:

No matter how powerful you’ve become, never try to shoulder everything alone. Otherwise you will undoubtedly fail.
It’s not that if you become Hokage everyone will acknowledge you, it is the ones who are acknowledge that can become Hokage.
Do not forget your friends.

After the little chat they do, they decided to go toward the war zone, Naruto came to where the other Kages are. As I see it on the manga chapter’s last page, Naruto is about to use Rasengan to the summoned Tsuchikage. Again, it’s bitin!

Naruto Manga Chapter 549: Itachi’s Question!!

Yeah, I skipped chapter 548, I was busy last week that’s why I didn’t managed to discuss it here, anyway the previous chapter doesn’t have any excitement at all (if I will be asked). Ok let me start, in this chapter, Naruto and Killer Bee met Itachi and Nagato on their way to the joined shinobi army. The two summoned shinobis saw a change in Naruto, they saw his “Chakra Mode”, and this is the power he obtained when he managed to control the Kyuubi’s chakra.

It is now clear to both of them that Naruto even conquered the he managed to overcome the hatred within him. Naruto even thanked Nagato because through him he understood pain. Then suddenly, Kabuto controlled Itachi and Nagato, they attacked the two jinchuurikis. Naruto and Bee realized that the two are under control, but their mind remained uncontrolled.

While fighting, Itachi asked Naruto about Sasuke, so Naruto told him that his brother is now an Akatsuki Member and plans to take revenge in Konoha, that is because of Madara who revealed the whole truth to Sasuke. Itachi played the role of a villain to protect Konoha and Sasuke because the Uchiha clan plans to take over. Itachi entrusted Sasuke to Naruto, leaving his brother to the most trusted person.

What’s funny in this chapter is, when they are in the middle of combat, Itachi and Nagato tell where they are, if they will attack and even the things their opponents should do to defeat them. It’s like a freebie!

Anyway, there’s this intriguing part wherein a crow went out of Naruto’s mouth, do you have a clue? I think I have, remember the time when Itachi gave Naruto a certain kind of power? That might be it… just a speculation.

Naruto Manga Chapter 547: Objects of True Value

Gaara told his father that he is not a Jinchuuriki anymore. He also told him that he already died when the Shukaku was taken to him but Elder Chiyo used a forbidden life-transfer jutsu on him that is why he was revived. He told his father that he is now the Kazekage and Oonoki back him up by telling that he is the commander general of the joint shinobi army.

At the moment that they are about to battle, Oonoki’s predecessor as well as the other Kages decided to tell them their weak points. They are on “autopilot” because of the summoning jutsu Kabuto used, and they can’t control their bodies because it was set to react to enemy’s attacks. Knowing this ugly truth, Gaara suddenly made an attack to the Kages, a jutsu that captured them.

The sand formed an image resembling Karura, Gaara’s mother. When Gaara’s father saw this, he finally realized that Gaara still loves his mother and he was convinced that the sand will always protect Gaara. Also, according to him, the power which Gaara wield is not from the Shukaku, but from his mother Karura, an obvious protection of a mother for his child.

Naruto Manga Chapter 546: Clash of the New and Old Kage

Two shinobis were in trouble because of an enemy name Toroi with a bloodline limit of Jiton appeared. This kind of bloodline limit is about magnetism, and all that touches the magnetized weapon he used becomes magnetic. When this Toroi is about to attack the two shinobis, Naruto came and hit it with his Rasengan, and one hit is enough to finished Toroi. When this happened, Kabuto sensed that there is someone out there who is strong enough to finish one of his summoned shinobis in just one blow.

Near the army lead by Gaara, four summoned Kages appear, two of them are known by the Kazekage and the Tsuchikage. Gaara’s father and Oonoki’s predecessor came along with two more kages. These kages were attacked by Gaara, using a technique that resembles the power of the Ichibi, the Shukaku. Gaara’s father doesn’t know that it was his son doing the attack so he tried to stop the wave of sand by means of his gold dusts. Then Oonoki attacked from above using his Jinton technique, but his predecessor attacked with the same technique.

The chapter ended when Gaara told his father that he is not a Jinchuuriki anymore, and the Shukaku is gone. It seems that the first match between the old and new kages will start with Gaara dealing with his father.

Naruto Manga Chapter 545: An Army Of Immortals

Madara already knew that Naruto has now the ability of sensing the hostility of the enemy, an ability which is the same to Mito Uzumaki, the first Hokage’s wife. Therefore it will be pretty obvious that Naruto appear and eliminate the white Zetsus. Shikaku Nara, decided to talk to Naruto and Bee using a mind technique and told them Madara’s plan. He explained that in order to complete the “eye of the moon” plan, the Bijuus inside them should be extracted and when this happened, Madara will use the eye of the moon to cast a very powerful genjutsu .

On the other hand, Shizune and Sakura finally found out that Zetsu has the first’ Hokage’s DNA, same as Yamato, that’s why the white Zetsus are capable of using “mokuton”. Now that Yamato was captured, it seems that he was used as a power up for the Zetsus.

Back to Naruto and Bee, while they are on their way to the war zone, they were intercepted by a group of shinobis, then suddenly these shinobis attacked them, they are Zetsus imitating their allies. With Naruto’s unique ability, he figured out that they are all enemies. I was surprised by the new techniques Naruto developed, they are Rasenrangan, Rasenkyuugan and the Mini Rasen-Shuriken.

Naruto Manga Chapter 534: Farewell Ino-Shika-Chou

Finally, Chouji surpassed his own weakness, the weakness that kept him not to hurt his own master. With the help of Shikamaru explaining who the “real kings” according to Asuma, Chouji realized the worst thing that might happen to the next generation if he keep on thinking what he fears. The “real kings” are the next generation, the young ones which they should protect, and they are now the adults who are assigned to that certain responsibility.

Chouji finally performed his ultimate jutsu, a calorie-losing jutsu that makes him lose his weight, and no doubt it was really powerful. Team 10 attacked their sensei, and they succeeded in doing so. Asuma didn’t dodge Chouji’s gigantic fist, the thing he really wanted to do because he don’t want to fight them. Shikamaru managed to perform Shuriken Shadow Sewing Technique on Asuma and that made it possible to seal Asuma.

Before Asuma was sealed, he said that Ino-Shika-Chou technique is now perfect, that is the one thing he didn’t manage to say before he died.

Meanwhile, Naruto is trying to escape from the training temple, he started feeling that something is not good. With this, several guards want to stop Naruto from escaping, and then suddenly, Iruka appears, what might happen next?

The story is about a conversation between Naruto and Kakashi after they fought Zabuza and Haku. Naruto said that he like what Haku said to him, to be able to be stronger, you must have things or people you wanted to protect. Naruto said that even though they are their enemies, he said that he liked them, and that made Kakashi realize that he also liked them too. Kakashi was thankful that these two ninjas are the first ninjas that Naruto dealt with.

Finally, the battle between Kakashi and Zabuza has ended. Even though Haku managed to sacrifice himself for Zabuza, Kakashi decided to end it, he struck Zabuza with his chidori and his team mate successfully sealed Haku and Zabuza. The fog suddenly disappeared and that made it easier for Kakashi’s ninja squad to see the remaining legendary swordsmen.

Another intriguing part here is someone, a mysterious character was detected by Gaara. The one that was wrapped with bandages. Who is this guy? I hope it will be revealed on the next chapter.
