Innovation, that’s what the Korea Electronics Show is all about, showcasing the technology that contributes to the rapid development of different products. Korea’s biggest electronics show is an event held every October and that’s the time they meet with buyers from North America, Europe and the Middle East. With their success in the 2010 Korea Electronics Show wherein 1, 283 representatives of IT industries who came from 23 countries participated, now this event is considered as a pilgrimage to those innovation enthusiasts. This year it was believed that over 1000 companies from 30 different countries will participate and they will present the products and brag about its functionality and advancements.

This year’s Korea Electronics Show was organized by Korean Electronics Association (KEA) and it will be held at KINTEX (Korean International Exhibition Center), and will be hosted by Korea Ministry of Knowledge Economy. This 4-day event will start in October 12 at 10:00 a.m. and KES’ theme for this year is “Be Smart”

If you plan to check the electronics show, the visiting hours starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. from October 12 to October 15, 2011. This is a great chance for different companies to impress buyers about their product, it may be cell phones, semiconductors, automotive electronics, multimedia and other forms of communication. She’s here, a goddess step foot in the Philippines! Paris Hilton arrived in Manila on Sunday at 10:50 p.m. The Hollywood actress arrived in Ninoy Aquino International Airport via Emirate Airways Flight EK334.  Paris will stay in the country for five days. It is not yet confirmed if the hotel heiress will meet P-Noy, but I have a good feeling that she will meet Congressman Manny Pacquiao.

She might be seen in SM Megamall on August 18 for the opening of her Paris Hilton Megamall Shop, so guys see you at the Megamall Atrium at 4 in the afternoon. Not only that, Paris plans to have a branch of her beach club here in Manila and she might be the one who will design a beach club which is located at the southern part of Manila. So Paris is really here for business, it’s a good thing that she chose to invest in our country.

The “Holy Grail” of power source, that’s what they call the Bloom Energy. Bloom Energy is said to be the replacement of the electrical power we are using nowadays. Sidhar invented a new kind of fuel cell, which is like a battery that continuously runs. It’s a box that generates electricity through chemical process wherein oxygen and fuel are utilized and converted to a clean source of energy that doesn’t involve combustion. The materials used in the box were available in abundance and cheap, according to Bloom CEO, K.R. Sidhar. As of now each box currently sells from $700 to $800,000 and can power 100 homes. Kleiner-Perkins invested in this new energy source, with about 50 clean tech companies and Bloom Energy already raised $400 million from it. According to a source, a Google datacenter used at least 4 Bloom Boxes during the past year and a half. Google is Bloom’s first customer. Google’s Bloom boxes use about half as much natural gas as a traditional power plant. Soon power grid lines will be replaced by a simple battery box just like cellphones which replaced landlines, technology innovation like this will change life for the better.
