My girlfriend and I watched a movie last Sunday and while waiting for it to be shown we saw these upcoming movies. I was fascinated by the movie trailers and I can’t wait to watch them all, but sadly I have to wait for them for the next few months. Here they are:

Movie makers have lots to offer this year, from Sci-Fi to 3D Animation, we must see all these movies or else we might regret it. Splendid! High quality visual effects, great musical scoring and unique story lines, these are the factors that I think these movies have in common. Check the trailers here!

I already blogger about Transformers 3, I included the new characters in it, check my post here.

Next on my list is Hop, Candy Chicks and Rock  N Roll, made by the creators of Despicable Me, I still don’t have a clue on the story line, all I can say is this really rocks, check the trailer.

Next is Thor the Movie, a masterpiece by Marvel Studios and Paramount pictures. The trailer already revealed some of the great visual effects, I can’t wait to see more in the movie.

Next is Priest the Movie, this will be launched in May 13 and available in 3D! Finally, vampires that die when hit by sunlight, unlike the vampires in Twilight.

Next is Rio, a 3D animated movie, a story of a bird who do not know how to fly. The creators of Ice Age together with Twentieth Century Fox and Blue Sky Studios made this.

I can’t wait to watch them all!

When I visited Waukster Online, one of my favorite blogs, I saw his latest post and it is about the upcoming movie directed by Michael Bay. I think you know what it is, it’s a Transformers’ movie, Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Here’s the trailer…

Like Sir Wauks, I am also intrigued when a new character was revealed before the trailer ends. Sir Wauks believed that it might be Unicron. Who is Unicron anyway?


Unicron is neither an Autobot nor a Decepticon, it is a Cybertronian God of Darkness and Chaos, it is a large robot whose scale reaches planetary proportions, and according to Wiki, the robot can transform into a mechanical planet. With this information, I now have doubt if it is really Unicron, because if it is, I think it should be as big as the moon or bigger.

Here are the new Autobots and Decepticons on the upcoming movie:

AUTOBOTS

• A Ferrari 458 Italia, name not yet revealed

• A red/black Rosenbauer Panther fire truck, according to rumors it will be Sentinel Prime, Optimus Prime’s father

• The Wreckers, heavily armed NASCAR Chevrolet Impala with three members, namely #42 Target car, #88 AMP Energy/National Guard car and #48 Lowe’s/Kobalt car.

• A blue Mercedes-Benz E550, according to rumors it will be Wheeljack

DECEPTICONS

• Shockwave, revealed by Michael Bay as the main villain

• The Dreads, group of Chevrolet Suburban Emergency vehicles

The MTV series “Jackass” launched a trailer for the next Jackass movie, and now it’s Jackass 3D. The trailer is not in 3D (of course or else you need 3D glasses to see it clearly).  Johnny Knoxville together with his crazy friends will perform crazy stunts (as usual) and now it was combined with 3D technology. Knoxville will do pranks with Bam Margera, Steve-O, Wee Man and Ryan Dunn. The 3D movie will be launched on October 15, 2010. Here’s the trailer:

I saw this movie trailer in Facebook and I was really amused on how they made the spoof of the blockbuster movie Twilight. The movie was entitled “Vampires Suck” and it was directed and written by Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer and the movie will be released on August 18 2010. I love the jokes and even the bad ones hahaha! This parody might become the funniest movie of the year, enjoy watching the trailer.

Originally it was scheduled to premiere on March 19, 2010 but it was moved. The movie will be released on 23 December 2009 (USA) and was directed by Betty Thomas. This movie is a live-action/CGI film and sequel to Alvin and the Chipmunks (2007) starring Zachary Levi, David Cross, Wendie Malick, and Jason Lee. The film also stars the voices of Justin Long, Matthew Gray Gubler, Jesse McCartney, Anna Faris, Christina Applegate and Amy Poehler.

One of the most anticipated movies for 2010 will be back in action, Iron Man 2, a masterpiece of Jon Favreau will be showing on May 7, 2010. Recently Apple.com has released an HD trailer of Iron Man 2 featuring the starts Robert Downey Jr., Mickey Rourke, Scarlett Johansson, Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle. The trailer premiered online last Wednesday night, and the poster already revealed Iron Man’s heavily- armed sidekick, War Machine.

The new poster was released exclusively at Yahoo Movies, and features both the familiar Iron Man armor, as well as the War Machine armor destined to be worn by Don Cheadle’s character, James “Rhodey” Rhodes. The heavily-armored duo will conquer the movie industry in 2010.
