    The eat clean diet

There are no specific guidelines for calories, carbohydrate and fats intake. Celebrities who follow this regime include Angelina Jollie, Nicole Kidman and Halle Berry.

    The cleansing diet

This cleansing diet requires you to drink a mixture of freshly squeezed lemon juice with cayenne pepper and maple syrup whenever you get hungry. This also includes salt water or laxative teas twice a day for flushing out the system and is for a period of ten days. This is basically a kind of fasting cleansing but should not exceed 10 days as lack of protein can be harmful for the body. The Atkins diet

This diet plan is to reduce the carbohydrates until as such a time when your body begins to burn up the fats for energy. Typically, the diet provides around 1200 calories per day, and dieters
aim to reduce calorie intake as much as possible without slowing the metabolism.
” If the answer is no, then don’t try the diet; it will
only harm you in the long run if you start a yo-yo cycle of weight “loss-gain-loss” again and
again. One thing is you are going to have to get some daily
exercise if you are not already.

There are a lot of diet tips out there that aren’t really very healthy. The drinking of the coffee diet and the pills aren’t healthy too.

This is all due to the magazines featuring stick thin models. If the media wouldn’t consider such as ‘pretty’ or ‘sexy’ then the people wouldn’t be thinking that they themselves are fat.

      Semidoppel Reply:

Haha you’ve got a good point about the magazine factor. I agree!
