Kevin VanDam Wins Bass Master Classic 2010


The five-time Bassmaster Angler of the Year made it again. For the third time Kevin VanDam of Kalamazoo successfully won his Bassmaster Classic title. He won $500,000 after he finished with 51-pounds, 6-ounces of Lay Lake bass. The second placer is Jeff Kriet (with46-pounds, 6-ounces) and Todd Faircloth (with 44-pounds, 3-ounces) gained third place.
The competition was held in Lay Lake, it is located near Birmingham, Ala. For three days VanDam, Kriet and Todd concentrated on a certain area called Beeswax Creek, and that same area made them reach the top three rank of the competition.
