Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7 Series Revealed
Microsoft publicly showed the preview of the new operating system that they will launch in holiday this year. The preview was held in Barcelona where the Mobile World Congress took event. The software will bring together the Zune multimedia experience and Xbox Live gaming to mobile phones worldwide. Different manufacturers are now building their phones that will have the power of the new operating system and that include Dell, Garmin, HTC, Asus, LG, Samsung, Hewlett Packard, Toshiba and Sony Ericsson. No mobile handhelds are announced today but it was confirmed that HTC (High Tech Computer) the world’s biggest smartphone-maker also plans to release a phone in the last quarter of the year, maybe Dell and Qualcomm will be rushing to make one. If the phone will have the power of the new OS, you can play some Xbox 360-related games, it will be internet ready with real-time stream updates for Facebook. AT&T, Deutsche Telekom AG, Orange, SFR, Sprint, Telecom Italia, Telefónica, Telstra, T-Mobile USA, Verizon Wireless and Vodafone are the confirmed carrier partners of Microsoft for their latest operating system described as “Authentically Digital”.
