Nexus Google iPhone versus Apple iPhone

Last Tuesday, Google (GOOG) launched the Nexus One, and believed to be the rival of Apple’s iPhone. Nexus One has Android’s operating system, built in HTC Taiwan with Google’s specifications. Is Google’s smartphone a threat to Apple’s iPhone? Will it end Apple iPhone’s domination in the sector? The Nexus One has a better camera and boasts speed improvements.  Michael Gartenberg, the vice president of strategy and analysis for Interpret, a market researcher in Los Angeles, said that the Nexus One is beautifully designed.

Smartmoney compared the two smartphones and below is a summary between the two:

  • default email account may be through Google’s Gmail, but that won’t stop users from checking other email accounts
