Stewie Griffin Are You Gay?
Stewart Gilligan Griffin also known as “Stewie” is one of the main characters of Family Guy, an animated series with humors which are not for kids. Stewie always rock my world, I love his evilness, he is a genius, and not only that, he is annoying… but in a cute way. Believe it or not, he is only one year-old, but what shocked me is that he might be “gay”. I made a little research about him and I found out that the writers of the animated series made a little fun on his sexuality. They made it on purpose (from Wiki) “the flexibility of Stewie’s sexuality allows for much more freedom in terms of writing for the character. MacFarlane later elaborated: “He originally began as a diabolical villain, but then we delved into the idea of his confused sexuality. We all feel that Stewie is almost certainly gay, and he’s in the process of figuring it out for himself. We haven’t ever really locked into it because we get a lot of good jokes from both sides, but we treat him oftentimes as if we were writing a gay character.” —Seth MacFarlane”
Gay or not, this little evil-genius spice-up every episode, especially when he made fun of Bryan (the talking dog). Also, I love the voice who dubbed Stewie, even though it is not appropriate for a one year-old kid. Watch Family Guy, but beware, don’t watch it with your kids.
