Manny Pacquiao and Joshua Clottey just have their weigh-in this early morning in Dallas. Both fighters made to maintain their weight to be allowed in the welterweight division. Manny was believed to be struggling to keep his weight, he weighed 145 ¾ pounds, while Joshua Clottey has 147 pounds.
