USAN is a company based on Norcross, GA, this company is providing call center solutions for more than two decades.  The solutions they offer helped call centers and people to have interactions that resulted to many beneficial factors.

They are proud of these two products namely, the Courtesy Dialer Services and the Predictive Dialer Services. What’s the difference between the two? The Courtesy Dialer products have this  system they call as the IVR ( interactive voice response). With this, customers can access the information they need through different menu options as well as an option to talk with a customer agent if they have other inquiries. On the other hand, the predictive dialer is best for advanced outgoing or outbound services. It has a matching system wherein a customer or a prospect will be directly transferred to the service agent that is best for the inquiry. This system can also detect automatic answering machine, that’s why calls are connected to the service agents when answered by humans.

The two systems or products made them successful to hit what they aim, customer satisfaction and increase in customer loyalty.
