Vizio’s HDTV Models, Features and Internet Applications

During the Super Bowl Game, a commercial was aired and it is about a wireless technology that impressed the audience. A television with internet, that’s what VIZIO is all about. VIZIO launched its first HDTV with internet applications, it includes weather reports, latest news and sports, Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Amazon, Yahoo and many more. It already has three models with built-in wireless, wired networking, Bluetooth universal remote control, and sliding QWERTY keyboard. Also the three models have internet applications  such as social networking, movies, pictures and music.

The three models are:

  • VIZIO VF552XVT 55-Inch Class XVT Series TRULED 240Hz sps LED LCD VIZIO Internet Apps HDTV
  • VIZIO SV472XVT 47-Inch Class XVT Series TRULED 240Hz sps LED LCD VIZIO Internet Apps HDTV
  • VIZIO SV422XVT 42-Inch Class XVT Series 240Hz sps LCD VIZIO Internet Apps HDTV

Featured functions of Vizio:

  • 240 Hz scenes per second smooth motion technology
  • 1080 HD resolution
  • SRS TruVolume
  • SRS TruSurround HD
  • Approximately 45% energy star guidelines
  • USB video inputs

The price of the HDTV models is affordable, the 55-inch HDTV will be priced as $2,199 while the 47-inch will amount $200 over the previous edition to $1,699. Price of the 42-inch is the cheapest with the price of $1,199. The tentative time of arrival of these HDTV’s are in between July and September.

Vizio will also include VIA VIP, a program wherein a weekly interactive survey is open for consumers to participate. Those who will participate will receive a Vizio blue ray player and sound bar package absolutely free. Vizio has a great innovation on using our television, we don’t get stuck watching soaps or series, with the wireless technology nowadays, internet and social networking is just a click away.
